I graduated in 2002 from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Science. Since then I have pursued a career in the real estate profession obtaining my Sales License in 2003 Texas Real Estate Appraiser Certification in 2007 and Real Estate Broker's License in 2011. I am blessed with a wonderful supportive husband and 2 boisterous children a 9th grade girl at Montgomery High School and a 4th grader at Lincoln Elementary. As a Realtor my aspiration is to help obtain the highest value for my clients. My dual qualification as an appraiser and dedication to superior service gives me a unique advantage over my peers. I study analyze and research the market daily. I love to introduce my clients the Lake Conroe/Woodlands real estate market. Every neighborhood in our area has a unique feel and ambiance. I witness people making poor selections in their real estate purchases often simply because they were not informed! Phrases like: 'I didn't realize the drive was this far!' 'I didn't know the dues were this high!' or 'I didn't know we were zoned to this school district!' are statements I hear often! (Your agent didn't tell you what school district you were in???)
